At Crunchy Karkhana, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality snacks. Since our products are perishable food items, we have a limited return and refund policy to ensure food safety and hygiene.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

However, we will gladly assist you if:

* You receive a damaged or leaking package.
* You receive the wrong product.
* Your order is incomplete or missing items.
* The product is spoiled upon delivery (provided it is reported immediately).

Refund & Replacement Eligibility

To request a refund or replacement:

* Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
* Share your Order ID along with clear photos and an unboxing video showing the issue.
* Requests made after 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

* A replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost, or
* A refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided if:

* The delivery address provided was incorrect.
* Delivery could not be completed due to customer unavailability.
* The product was damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
* The customer changes their mind after the order has been delivered.
* The complaint is made without sufficient proof of the issue.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled if once you ordered you can refuse to take the parcel from the delivery boy if you have any problem.
